General scope

Both alloys combine the dual features of high strength and corrosion resistance obtained through the dual phase microstructure (50% austenite, 50% ferrite) associated with duplex stainless steels. UNS S32760 properties are slightly enhanced over S31803 by further additions of chromium (to 25%), and also tungsten and copper.

Thin sections (Tubulars) are capable of being cold worked to give yield strength of 105 KSI min.

Primarily manufactured in:

  • Dubai, UAE
  • Edmonton, Canada
  • Houston, Texas
  • Sheffield, England
  • Singapore
