Role Requirements
- To answer product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage indoor sales and develop existing or potential accounts.
- Ensure order processing and inventory are properly accounted.
- Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled.
- Develop sales process and formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Oversee, prepare and submit reports.
- Maintain rapport and on-going client communications with customers.
- Liaise with external vendors on costing matters and resolve any issues to secure business deals.
- Review agreements and pricing that does not meet current guidelines, make recommendations and seek approvals for modifications.

Job Requirements Qualifications
- Preferably with 4 years of sales experiences.
- Experience in business to business sales especially in Oil &Gas industry.
- Detail oriented and possessed excellent communication/persuasion skills.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a busy environment.
- An aptitude for analysis with numerical and statistical ability.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
