Role Requirements
To set up and operate Deep Hole Boring, Conventional Lathe and CNC Lathe
machines to fabricate nickel and non-nickel parts by performance duties
Duties and Responsibilities
Interprets basic drawings and specifications to determine dimensions and
tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up
requirements
Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on material or work
pieces as a guide for subsequent machining
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts
machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure
quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Production
Supervisor or Manager
Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and perform basic
preventive maintenance functions on equipment
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery
and equipment
To adhere and comply with the ISO requirements and Safety and
Environmental Regulations
All other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements/Qualifications
With Technical Trade Certificate or equivalent
Minimum 2- 3 years of working experiences in relevant industry
Able to do Programming Process using Fanuc controller
Able to work independently and perform shift work
Familiar with Measuring Instruments
Knowledge in operating Conventional or CNC Lathe Machines will be an
advantage
