Role Requirements

To ensure Howco maximizes both margin and market share.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Oil & Gas sector.
Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.

Account Development:
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.

Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insights to internal teams for product/service enhancements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure on-time delivery and quality products/services.
Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

Zero safety, environmental or quality incidents.

Ensures quotations are in accordance customer requirements

Obtain profitable business to achieve sales targets.

Sales orders on system within 24 hrs. of receipt

Ensure customer receives exactly what is required as their order.

Development of strong customer relationships

Non conformances are identified and corrective / preventative actions are implemented

New customer recruits

Visibility of customer information within Dubai office

To ensure the accurate transfer of material

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a background in Steel and Machining.

Proven track record in key account management and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry trends, products, and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
