Job Title : Sales Administrator

Reports to : Sales Manager

Role Requirements

To raise sales orders, coordinate with planning and expedite sales orders to customers.

Assist with POs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to the Howco Group H&S Environmental and Quality policies

Raise sales orders in accordance with customers purchase orders and timely updates to customer

Search stock system & allocate appropriate material to customer orders

Review MTC and send to customer for approval

Create inter-company PO and updating of cost.

Raise nonconformance reports

Review & understand simple customer PO specs.

Maintain customer databases along with timely updating of ERP

Other duties as required.


Awareness of  Howco HSE Policy, Conscious on related  Policies

Strong attention to detail

Sound understanding of products and systems.

Effective communication

Basic understanding of working specs.

Discipline in regular update of systems. Effectively operate all record keeping data bases to ensure they are accurate and actioned within designated time scales.

Team player.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

Zero safety, environmental or quality incidents.

Sales order on system within 24 hours of receipt

Ensure customer receives exactly what is required as their order.

To Ensure all documents are updated timely.

Ensures rapid entry of sales order

Accurate customer information and sales history

To be created as soon as possible but also to be aware of consolidating freight.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Awareness of HSE , Existence and Key points

Previous experience of working in an commercial environment

Sound working knowledge of computer databases.

Equivalent of four standard grades to include English and Mathematics.

Understanding of customer requirements and timescales essential.
