| Duties and Responsibilities | – Adhere to the Howco Group H&S Environmental and Quality policies – Operate a range of metal cutting saws machines and Saw components as per the drawing /routing instructions – Carry out phosphating process – 100 % inspection of completed parts as per the drawing / routing instructions steps. – Report daily production to immediate supervisor – Handle material (raw & machined) in a safe and effective manner as per the HSE requirements – Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with Company requirements. – Perform General Tasks if and when required. |
| Competencies | – Awareness of Howco HSE Policy, Conscious on related Policies – Knowledge in working with saw machines with effective cutting parameters in relation to various materials. – Knowledge in measuring equipment and ability to understand simple engineering drawings – Good communication skills Knowledge in material handling, crane & forklift – Willingness to accept ownership of housekeeping standards. – Flexible |

| Job Requirements Qualifications | – Awareness of HSE , Existence and Key points – ITI / Basic higher secondary school completion or 3 years work experience in saw cutting machines – Minimum 2 years inspection experience in machine shop industrial or equivalent – Higher secondary qualification or equivalent – Similar experience in ensuring housekeeping standards in accordance with company standards. – Positive attitude to Operational change and plant efficiency improvements |
